AnswerWe ship orders within 1-3 business days after it was placed. Shipping time may take from 3 to 30 business days depending on your location.
Question What is the shipping cost?
AnswerShipping cost depends on the weight of your parcel and shipping location.
Question Are there any additional charges for international orders?
AnswerThere may be some additional charges for international shipments such as customs fees, import duties and taxes. Our prices do not include those possible charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional charges and to clear the package through customs.
Question My package was returned to the sender. Can I have it resent to me?
AnswerYes, we can ship it back to you. In case if the package was not picked up from a postal office within a retention period (check with your local post office) it must be returned to us. Please note that you will be charged for shipping second time in order to have your package sent to you again.

AnswerOur hours are Monday-Friday from 10am to 6pm. However we make every effort to ship your orders and respond to your e-mails on Saturdays as well. We post our Holiday and vacation breaks thorough out the year.
